Trade Show Booth Activities in Las Vegas
Give attendees a reason to stop. Las Vegas Mahjong runs short, hosted American Mahjong sessions at your booth, longer play in your hospitality suite, and hosted play in a lounge you sponsor, so people have a reason to sit down, play and talk with your team.
On the Show Floor
Why a Live Table Works
Something to watch
A live game with real tiles gives people in the aisle something to watch, and a seat if they want to play.
Your team gets an opening
A demo table gives your staff a natural reason to start a conversation with the person who just sat down.
It gets people off their feet
Show days are long and most activities keep attendees standing. A seat at a table is a reason to stay a while.
Something to remember
Visitors who sit down leave having played a game at your booth, not only having picked up a brochure.

Before You Book
Planning the Space
- Check your show’s exhibitor rules for booth activities and seating.
- Send us your booth size and layout, the show dates, and the hours you want covered.
- Plan a table and seating in your booth, suite or lounge; we bring the game materials.
- Short sessions suit the booth itself; longer, relaxed play suits a suite or lounge.
- Tell us who you want at the table: walk-up attendees, invited clients, or both.
One Table, Several Jobs
What It Can Do at the Show
At the booth, a live table is booth engagement and attendee engagement in one, and a natural way into networking conversations for your staff. In a suite or lounge it becomes a breakout from the show floor, client entertainment for the accounts you invite, or a hosted social that we run from start to finish.
As an experiential marketing activation, it gives attendees something to do in your space rather than something to carry away. And once the show closes, the same game works as a group activity, or light team building, for your own booth team.
Questions?
FAQ: Booths and Activations
Can a mahjong table fit in a trade show booth?
Yes, if your booth has room for a table and seating. You provide the booth space, table and chairs; we bring the game. Tell us your booth size and layout, and check your show's exhibitor rules for booth activities, and we will suggest the format that fits.
How does a booth session work if visitors have never played?
Booth sessions are short and rotating, and we teach the basics on the spot, so a visitor can sit down without having played before.
Can you set up in our hospitality suite?
Yes. Hospitality suites suit longer, hosted play for the clients and prospects you invite. The suite provides the tables and chairs; we bring the game and run it.
Can mahjong be part of a sponsorship or experiential marketing activation?
Yes. As a hosted, hands-on activity in a booth, a sponsored lounge or at a client event, it gives attendees an experience in your space rather than a handout. Tell us what the activation needs to do and we will shape the format around it.
What do you bring to the show?
The 152-tile American Mahjong sets, racks, current NMJL cards and other game materials, and facilitators matched to the sessions you are running. You provide the space, with tables and chairs set for play.
How is a trade show activity priced?
It depends on the format, the schedule and the size of the setup, so we quote each show individually. Send us the show, dates and the space you have.
